As a Process Engineer, you ensure that our production processes continuously improve and are ready for the future. You develop and optimize processes for towbar wiring kits and electronic modules and translate product specifications into efficient and reliable production solutions. 
You are involved from the introduction of new products through to series production and play a key role in improving quality, lead time, and costs. In doing so, you work closely with R&D, production, and suppliers, ensuring smooth implementation on the shop floor.

As a Product Development Engineer (Project Leader), you will be responsible for developing, testing and implementing customised towbar wiring kits and the associated electronic control modules, amongst other things. You will work on projects for various vehicle models and play a crucial role in translating customer and vehicle requirements into reliable and smart electronic solutions. You will be involved from the initial concept phase right through to final implementation and series production. In doing so, you will work closely with in-house engineers, suppliers and automotive customers.

Are you accurate, quality‑driven, and ready for a role with impact? As a QC Controller, you ensure that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You carry out inspections and audits, identify deviations, and ensure proper follow‑up. In doing so, you contribute to strong process discipline and compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
